About Us
Welcome to Frisco Chinese School (FCS)! We are the first Chinese-English bilingual school in Frisco that was founded in August of 2010. We believe it’s the most beneficial to learn a foreign language at young ages, and anyone who is motivated and perseverant can learn. Our goals are to motivate students by providing a culturally enriched environment, to engage students by implementing interactive activities, and to make learning meaningful by connecting it to real life situations. We strive to provide top quality education in Chinese, math, and English language arts to prepare our students for the globalized world.
Frisco Chinese School Weekend Program offers Classes on Sundays from 12:30-5:45pm. Currently our curriculum consists of Chinese as a Second language (CSL), Heritage Chinese, and Math. We will add English Reading, Writing, and Music based on needs in the future. Please browse through each page to learn more about us.

Both of our kids have been in Chinese as a Second Language program at Frisco Chinese School for two years. Mrs. Wang is a wonderful teacher who really cares about our kids and wants them to be successful in learning Chinese. Mrs. Dong is a really good teacher. She makes learning Chinese fun. My son always looks forward to going to her class. The weekly homework is also a good way for my son to practice at home.

The Chinese language Mandarin is a very difficult language to learn and Mrs. Wang has somehow made this subject very interesting and fun for my 6 year old and all his friends in his CSL class. I know Mrs. Wang spends a lot of her own valuable time and thoughts into her class assignments for her students and most importantly she always makes sure that her students have a lot of fun learning and participating in them as well.
Mrs. Wang is also very patient with the kids and she always makes a point to praise and encourage them to do better. I know my son Ethan has learned a lot from being in her class and it really amazes us on how far he has come. I would highly recommend anyone to take her class.

Ms. Wang is an enthusiastic and patient teacher who makes learning to speak Chinese an adventure rather than a simple lesson. She engages the students through fun activities while submersing them in the language. Her patience and kindness eases them through the difficulties of learning a new language while her encouragement allows them to master it with confidence.
Ms. Wang teaches her students to not only respect the language they are learning, but the culture as well. She shows them that learning to speak and write Mandarin is fun and useful but is also part of a larger global world. By setting high standards for her students she teaches them to push themselves and to not only enjoy the language and the class to strive for mastery of the subject and to appreciate and respect the culture that goes with it.
